The talented Nigerian footballer recently moved from Leicester City to the Saudi Arabian club much to the joy of the Saudi fans. The video above shows the reception he received at the Saudi airport. Throngs of Al-Nassr fans waited for his arrival and went wild when he emerged from the arrival hall.
Background
Ahmed Musa was born on October 14, 1992 in Jos, Plateau state, to a Muslim father and a Christian mother. Tragically, his father passed away while he was still a child. As such, he was raised by his mother. He started his football career in the Nigerian Football League with JUTH FC; now defunct. He was loaned to Kano Pillars where he shone and played a pivotal role in the club's performance that season. His performance at Kano Pillars opened the door to greater opportunities. Musa has played for clubs in the Netherlands, Russia and England and won awards for his performance all across the world.
Ultimately, Ahmed Musa is an excellent sportsman. A credit to his nation. We wish him the best at his new club.
